Digital Imaging Radiography

Both our PVHC-CH and PVHC-CR offices have state-of-the-art digital general diagnostic services available during all hours of operation. In addition, our PVHC-CH location offers ultrasound, 16-channel CT Scanning, and digital mammography that are faster, more precise and more accurate than other diagnostic tools.

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

We provide the latest treatments and techniques for the rehabilitation of musculo-skeletal, orthopedic and neurological disorders, as well as wound and burn care, balance assessment, hand rehabilitation and splinting. The facility also offers a brand-new Medicare certified Aquatic Therapy Pool. PVHC-CH houses a physical therapy satellite that provides the latest treatments and techniques for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, orthopedic and neurological disorders, as well as wound and burn care, balance assessment, hand rehabilitation and splinting. Occupational Medicine at PVHC-Crossroads

Featuring the only major Occupational Medicine Clinic in Chino Hills, PVHC-CR provides employers with a comprehensive program specializing in treatment and disability management of work-related injuries, in addition to offering employers important services such as pre-placement exams and federal and non-regulated drug screening.

Urgent Care at PVHC-Crossroads

Our affiliated Urgent Care provides on-site treatment for minor everyday emergencies, avoiding the need to travel to an emergency room and allowing you to receive immediate attention. Appointments are available but not necessary.

Family Care

Both of our centers in Chino Hills offer primary family medical care in the comfortable offices of board-certified family practice physicians who are part of the core faculty of our UCLA-affiliated Family Medicine Residency Program at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.
